Cancellation Policy:
- The guest must give the notice to cancel the Holiday in writing or through mail to our office, and Etravego.com shall refund the tour cost after deducting the cancellation charges.
- From the booking date until 30 days before the departure date, 10 % of the package cost is chargeable as cancelation fees.
- From 30 to 15 days before the departure date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable as cancelation fees.
- For cancellations made within 15 days before the departure date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable as cancelation fees.
- We will forfeit 100% of the cruise cost paid in case of any cancellations, irrespective of the time of cancellation.
