Itinerary Details

Day 1: Arrival – Port Blair – Cellular Jail - Light & Sound Show

Arrival, Meet-Greet with our airport representative, and Transfer to your hotel/ resort. Evening, visit to historic Cellular Jail followed by Light & Sound Show. (Please note we will drop the guest at the parking area near the jail, and the guest must walk around 200 meters)and return after completion of the L&S show. You must come out after visiting the prison and re-enter the L&S show. You can walk around the bay side in their free time.

L&S show timing is between 1800 Hrs- 1900hrs, subject to availability.

The free time between jail visits & L&S shows can be utilized for self-exploration of the illuminated Marina Park and Sea Shore area. Evenings are pleasant and happening here.

Day 2: Port Blair- Havelock- Radha Nagar Beach

Pick up from the hotel to Port Blair Jetty for your journey to Havelock. Arrival, Meet- Greet by our local representative and transfer to your hotel/ Resort. If you have a morning ferry, ask the hotel to provide a Packed Breakfast (Subject to hotel policy). Afternoon, Visit Blue Flag-certified “Radha Nagar Beach” for swim and relaxation. Make your own choice of water sports. Do not forget to carry changing clothes and a towel. It’s not permitted to board a vehicle with wet clothes; please cooperate. You can opt for Scuba Diving/ Kayaking/ Candid Photography at additional cost. Booking in advance is recommended though our local representative also can assist you.

Day 3: Havelock – Elephant Beach

After Morning, Breakfast and proceed to “Elephenta Beach,” also known as Coral Beach. It is famous for Snorkelling and other water-based activities such as Jet Ski, Banana, and Sea walks. Usually, boat operators provide a 5-minute snorkeling experience complimentary; however, the same cannot be guaranteed. You reach Elephanta Beach via a small 11 pax capacity sharing basis boat board at the jetty. Do not forget to carry a water bottle, snacks, and changing clothes. Necessary: If Elephanta Beach is not operational due to weather conditions OR COVID-19 reasons, we will provide a trip to “Kala Patthar Beach,” OR We can refund the appropriate amount.

Day 4: Havelock - Neil Island - Laxmanpura Beach, Bharatpur Beach & Natural Bridges.

Morning, Breakfast & proceed to the jetty for the journey to Neil Island. On Arrival, Meet- Greet by our local representative and transfer to your hotel/ Resort. Afternoon, proceed to visit the following places: 

Bharatpur Beach: The white sand and shallow water beach is famous for swim, relaxation, and water activities such as Snorkelling, Boat diving, and boat tour.

Laxmanpura Beach: The white sand of Coral Beach offers a stunning sunset view

Natural Bridge: Also known as Howrah Bridge, corals naturally form the bridge, best seen during the low tide.

Sightseeing will be based on the wave, and a local representative will brief the final schedule.

Day 5: Neil Island - Port Blair

Breakfast, check out, and proceed to the jetty and onward journey to Port Blair. Arrival in Port Blair, Transfer to your hotel, and Day free for shopping/ leisure. Other places like Corbin’s Cove Beach/ Chidiya Tapu/ Wandoor Beach/ Museums & Parks can be covered at additional cost Subject to time and availability (Optional)

Day 6: Port Blair-North Bay (Corel Island) – Ross Island

Morning Breakfast, Pickup to the water sports complex, and board the speed boat. The historic Ross Island will take you through the era of the Japanese and British periods. An entry amount of Rs. 50 for adults and Rs. 25 for a child is directly payable at the Island.

North Bay Island, also known as Coral Beach, is famous for water-based adventure activities such as Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Para Sailings, Dolphin Glass Bottom Boat ride, Coral Safari-Semi submarine, etc.

If “Ross & North” is not operational due to bad weather conditions or Covid-19 reasons, we shall arrange alternative sightseeing or process the appropriate refund amount. Evening, you can (Optional- Direct Payment basis) plan Corbin’s Cove Beach; you can experience an enthralling Sea Kart boat ride first time in India.

Day 7: Port Blair - Tour Ends

Breakfast, airport transfer, Port Blair airport is small with heavy traffic; we recommend you reach the airport at least 2 hrs before your flight timing.

Inclusions

• The package includes Breakfast at the hotel except on the Day of arrival.
• All Monuments, Museums, Cultural Events, and activities fees are per the Itinerary.
• Cruise transfers Port Blair –Neil Island - Havelock – Port Blair by private ferry Subject to availability (base category)
• All transfers and sightseeing by AC Vehicle. 
• The vehicle will accommodate three standard baggage per room & the driver may ask for extra payments for excess baggage at his discretion.
• The transportation will be as per the ItineraryItinerary given & includes all toll taxes, parking charges, and driver allowances. The driver will charge for any deviation request of the tour route Subject to acceptance by the driver.
• All currently applicable hotel taxes except GST @ Current Rate.

Important Notes for Travellers:

• Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
• We will book Ferry tickets only once advance payment is received, subject to availability when booking.
• Please share All guest names as per government documents with flight tickets at the time of booking confirmation advice.
• Covid reasons such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within the time frame Subject to hotel/ ferry acceptance on the same. Price difference applicable based on season/off-season.
• Changes in ferry timings/ endorsement in other vessels are possible due to load factors or any other operative reason, and the same remains the sole discretion of the ferry company.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive to guests but not at their disposal. It will be as per the contract & will change every Day and sector-wise.
• Most hotels in Andamans follow an early Check/ Check Out time (08:30 am- 10:30 am) policy; early check-in/ Late Check-Out is subject to availability and entirely at the hotel’s discretion.
• All extras other than those mentioned above are payable directly to the hotel/ service provider.
• Airport Closed Dates (For runway maintenance): Feb. 07-10 | Feb. 21-24 | Mar. 07-10 | Mar. 21-24 |Apr. 04 - 07 | Apr. 18 - 21 | May 02 - 05 | May 16 - 19.

Terms & Conditions

• We have tabulated this quotation in INR on the current date of currency exchange rates. 
• The rooms & other services rates are subject to availability during booking/confirmation.
• Similar hotels will be provided in case of non-availability of the quoted accommodation.
• Certain hotels abroad may request a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out, subject to the hotel policy.
• Specific international destinations attract city tax on the accommodation & the guest is liable to pay it directly at the hotel as per the actuals.
• International Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onward. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
• Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, and Transfers rates might change with prior notice once & unless you make the payment.
• We have not added any charges for sightseeing activities on Day at Leisure in the itinerary. The costs will be higher than the pre-booked activities. So you can opt for the optional activities from the given list & pre-book them. Else it would be best if you explored on your own at the destination. Our ground handling team may help you arrange your requirements locally against the direct payment.
• Kindly be on time for your activities, tours, and transfers, or else you may lose the to avail of the service & you will not get any refund or concession for it.
• We will provide the Transportation for the quoted itinerary for both SIC and Private (not at disposal). 
• Anything other than that mentioned in the inclusions attracts extra cost & subject to availability.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc., are not included in the package. 
• Air ticket cost mentioned ( if any ) will be subject to availability & prevailing prices at the time of booking.
• The change in dates will attract re-quote.
• GST 5% will be applicable against the final Invoice (Subject to Payment Made in India).
• TCS 5% will be applicable against the final Invoice for all international travelers against the PAN card & We will provide you the certificate for the amount. You can fill it in your IT returns.
• We will send All your confirmation vouchers 48 hrs before your journey. (Subject to clearance of your payment on time )
• Suppose we cancel your package due to any natural calamity. In that case, weather conditions, etc., Etravego.com shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
• If you fail to make the payment as per the schedule provided in the Proforma Invoice, Etravego.com reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to contact you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy. 
• Please note that if your package includes a flight from a low-cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways), it won't include any baggage in the package. You can add the Baggage as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination. Our Travel Consultant will attempt to contact you within 24 hours after the booking gets confirmed for baggage addition. 

Cancellation Policy:

• The guest must give the notice to cancel the Holiday in writing or by mail to our office, and Etravego.com shall refund the tour cost after deducting the cancellation charges.
• From the booking date to 45 days before the departure date, 25 % of the package cost is chargeable.
• From 45 days to 30 days before the departure date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
• From 30 days to 15/21 days before the departure date, respectively, for domestic/ international packages, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.
• For cancellations within 15/21 days before the departure date, respectively, for domestic/ international packages,100% of the package cost is chargeable.
• In the case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of the time of cancellation.   
• The company reserves the right to cancel any Tour before the departure without assigning any reason. In such an event, all monies paid by the guest will be fully refunded immediately in Indian Rupees currency only, but no compensation will be payable.
